Return & Exchange Policy
- Free returns are available within 7 days of successful payment or within 3 days of receiving the product, if the issue is the brands fault.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of payment or 3 days after delivery.
- If the return is due to the brands fault, we will cover all shipping costs for both return and reshipment.
- If the return is not due to the brands error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
- Once the returned item is received, we will process the inspection in queue order, which takes approximately 7-14 business days.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges in-store for issues caused by customer error. Thank you for your continued support and for choosing our brand.
