Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Free returns are available within 7 days of successful payment or within 3 days of receiving the product, if the issue is the brands fault.
  2. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of payment or 3 days after delivery.
  3. If the return is due to the brands fault, we will cover all shipping costs for both return and reshipment.
  4. If the return is not due to the brands error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
  5. Once the returned item is received, we will process the inspection in queue order, which takes approximately 7-14 business days.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges in-store for issues caused by customer error. Thank you for your continued support and for choosing our brand.
