Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Return Process

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error, AGENTLE will cover return shipping costs
• In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility



Refunds & Replacements
